Graydon W. Wilcox joined ING Capital Advisors, LLC in August 1997 and is currently a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer with 16 years of experience. Mr. Wilcox is responsible for financial reporting and compliance across all of ICA’s managed assets. Mr. Wilcox is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive knowledge in finance and tax reporting of investment companies and their underlying investments including loan participations. Mr. Wilcox has substantial experience in legal issues arising from the Investment Advisors Act and the Investment Company Act of 1940.
Matthew Regan – Senior Managing Director, WR Hambrecht & Co., San Francisco, CA
Matthew Regan is a Senior Managing Director of WR Hambrecht + Co., a San Francisco based financial services firm that is committed to using the Internet and auction process to level the playing field for investors as well as issuing companies. Matt was instrumental in the creation and implementation of the firm’s OpenIPO product, which levels the playing field in initial public offerings, allowing individuals and institutional investors to bid online for shares of an IPO. Matt founded and continues to oversee the firm’s retail brokerage operation, which provides access to the auction products as well as private equity and brokerage services to online self directed investors. Matt has been in the securities industry since 1993, and has always been involved in strategic projects, including the creation and deployment of several online brokerage businesses.
Matt graduated from the University of Toronto and has a master’s degree from Villanova University.

Mr. Fisher also represents major companies as an attorney. Mr. Fisher has an MBA from New York University and a law degree from Fordham University. Mr. Fisher was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Lemmon Company, a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Mr. Fisher was the executive Vice President of a private equity firm, and has completed over 110 investment banking transactions over a 20 year span.
Jeffrey T. Constable – Senior Consultant, Spencer-Stuart, Global Executive Search Firm, Philadelphia, PA.
Jeff Constable is a senior consultant for Spencer Stuart. Jeff joined Spencer Stuart in 2003 from another leading executive search firm. From a functional standpoint, his search work focuses primarily on financial officers; operations, strategy and asset management, and his clients have ranged from large, global corporations to smaller, emerging growth enterprises.
Prior to entering the executive search industry, Jeff held sales and business development positions at Imedium, a startup software company, and the Corporate Executive Board. Earlier, Jeff spent several years in corporate finance at NationsBank
(now Bank of America).
Jeff holds a degree in mathematics from Duke University and an M.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan.

Robert J. Palmer, Principal, was a Vice President of Brown Brothers Harriman, where he provided lending and advisory services for middle market companies. Previously, he was a commercial lender with CoreStates Bank. He serves on the board of the Philadelphia chapter of the Risk Management Association and is President of the Philadelphia Young Professionals Group. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College.
