Andrei G. Jablokow, PhD, AAMS is an educator, entrepreneur, counselor and facilitator with a rich and diverse background which uniquely enables him to assist families in reaching their financial goals. Dr. Jablokow helps families prudently plan for the future and see that planning materialize into reality. Dr. Jablokow previously served as Assistant Professor at The Pennsylvania State University for 6 years and also as Instructor at Drexel University. Andrei earned his Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Engineering from Drexel University. Prior to starting his financial practice, he spent 10 years in information technology sales. Dr. Jablokow is also a trainer/facilitator through his company Whole Mind Advantage. He provides public and corporate on-site training in the areas of Accelerated Personal Learning, Memory Optimization, Problem Solving Leadership, and Team Building.
Kenneth W. Johnson brings a diversified 30-year background in human resources, management and Consulting to the career management field. Building upon an early start in electronics with The U.S Navy and IBM, he established his HR career with a major Philadelphia bank where he initially specialized in recruiting IT professionals, and subsequently chaired the primary HR functions of employee relations, affirmative action, training and development, compensation and career planning.
Ken’s 20 years in banking included management and consulting responsibilities with industry leaders such as Provident National Bank, New Jersey National Bank, GMAC Mortgage Corporation, and CoreStates Bank with assignments such as Director of HR, VP of Training and Development and Employee Relations Manager.
For the past 20 years he has consulted to the financial services, manufacturing, aerospace, information technology and oil industries in career management and management training, with a specialization during the last decade in career coaching.
Ken has been a participant in the MA Counseling program at Chestnut Hill College, and holds a BS in Industrial Relations from LaSalle University. He is certified in Zenger-Miller and Development Dimensions International management development programs.
His community involvement has included counseling of young adults on probation, training and development of crisis intervention telephone center workers, and serving as trustee for a private school.
