Christopher J. Massaro (Founder & Managing Partner)

Mr. Massaro has more than 30 years of experience in executive search and career management, investment banking, international finance and business operations. In addition to The Source, Mr. Massaro serves as Senior Vice President of Management and Economics Consulting, Inc. (MAECI), an international consulting firm with specific experience in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to forming The Source, Mr. Massaro served as President of CJM Strategies, a private middle market investment banking firm, was a Vice President with Gottesman Company, the largest middle market investment banking firm in the U.S., and spent over 15 years as an owner and Executive Vice President of Vilotti-Puratos, a $25 million food manufacturing and distribution company. He serves on the board of directors for The Cancer Foundation for Personal Wellness, Radnor Educational Foundations, and Radnor Alumni Council. Mr. Massaro holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Villanova University.


Scott Lamb (Vice President & Senior Consultant)

Mr. Lamb has over 20 years of experience in the Healthcare industry, combining a strong, traditional corporate background with recent consulting experience. Through his boutique practice, Mr. Lamb engages as a consultant, broker of outsourced services and provider of contract workers. His firm enables strategic acuity for clients through expertise in Enterprise Program Management and Strategy Visualization. His knowledge spans Discovery to Commercialization and includes broad commercial, portfolio and scientific experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products. Mr. Lamb’s educational background is in chemical engineering and economics, from the University of Delaware, and he holds four issued US patents.

     Mr. Lamb’s corporate experience includes being a business leader in R&D, Portfolio & Program Management and Commercial roles for Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and Catalent. His unique ability, to lead and seamlessly translate between the scientific and business environments, has consistently delivered innovation in diverse roles and businesses. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Lamb served as head of R&D for Catalent’s Modified Release Technology unit with operational responsibility for R&D revenue ($60 million), 110 employees across five global sites, and the BASF open alliance. From 1998 to 2012, Mr. Lamb was with Johnson & Johnson, working for multiple units including Consumer Products Worldwide, McNeil and Medical Devices & Diagnostics. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Lamb worked for Procter & Gamble’s OTC medicines unit doing solid and liquid dose formulation, scale-up and technology transfer.


Jeannie Feliciano (Vice President - Digital & Internet Marketing)

Ms. Feliciano is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned marketing professional with almost 20 years of marketing experience. She has worked for large regional as well as international organizations specializing in the construction management, real estate development and environmental engineering industries. As she progressed through her career in marketing, she has been involved and/or responsible for strategic marketing, branding, corporate communications and PR, proposal/ presentation development, project management, event planning, vendor management, graphic design and collateral design and development.

In 2007, Ms. Feliciano began her own marketing firm specializing in small B2B businesses with an emphasis in construction, energy and environmental policy, alternative energy and non-profit organizations. She provides marketing strategy and consulting services, as well as provide marketing, graphic design, social media and event planning services and support.


Al Cavalli (Vice President - Education - Charter Schools, Therapeutic Schools, Private Schools )

Mr. Cavalli has been committed to helping children learn, grow and succeed as a life-long passion, spanning 40 years. Al is an Education Executive with experience as an education/operations/financial consultant, that had held titles of vice president of operations, president and chief executive officer for education and mental health organizations. Most recently was President of the Independence Mission Schools and a Strategic Advisor to the Board. Previously served as CEO of the LVARCS and the former CEO/President of the Shawnee Academy and the Beacon School.

     Mr. Cavalli has specific expertise and experience within the Charter School System which encompasses all aspects of school development, superior authorizer-school relations, contracts, evaluation, federal revenue management practices, charter law compliance and over compliance and technical assistance. In addition, Mr. Cavalli has significant experience with non-profit and for-profit organizations in strategic planning, organizational design, leadership, professional development and financial viability planning. Early in Al’s career, he served as a school leader working with disadvantaged and troubled youth, gaining a special appreciation for the difficult roles of administrative and teaching staff. Al has presented and provided training on a state and local level and continues to develop partnerships with charter schools, private schools, alternative education, special education and mental health programs.

   Mr. Cavalli received an MSA from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University.

Justin Dillon (Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer of Cededim)

Prior to joining Cegedim, Mr. Dillon was the Vice President, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer of Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals. In this role he was responsible for creating a global ethics and compliance program and embedding a culture of compliance within the business practices and organizational activities of Ipsen. Prior to joining Ipsen, Mr. Dillon served as the Deputy Compliance Officer at GlaxoSmithKline. At GSK he was responsible for overseeing ethics and compliance related matters for North America and Puerto Rico Pharmaceutical, Vaccines and Commercial Operations. Before joining GSK Mr. Dillon spent 15 years with Merck & Co., Inc. where he served as the Deputy Compliance Officer in the Global Compliance Organization, in this role he established the Transparency and Corporate Integrity Disclosure Programs. At Merck he held various sales, marketing, employee development and managed markets leadership roles across the US and Global Commercial Organizations of Merck.

     Mr. Dillon brings specific expertise and knowledge relating to ethics & compliance program development, global transparency & disclosure laws, management of government investigations, negotiation & implementation of government sanctions, audit & monitoring program development and product/brand life-cycle management.


Angelo Masciantonio (Co- Founder & Chief Executive Officer of HTH Worldwide)

Mr. Masciantonio has an extensive history of successful Healthcare ventures. Before starting HTH Worldwide, Mr. Masciantonio was Founder and CEO – Managed Health Care Services (MHCS), and Founder and CEO – US Healthcare’s Workers Comp Advantage (WCA). In 2009, was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Greater Philadelphia. Mr. Masciantonio holds a Masters degree in City Planning (MCP) from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University.


James C. Romine (Vice President of Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs (PS&R) at DuPont)

He is the first senior executive to lead the company’s functional competency for managing product stewardship and regulatory compliance in all markets and geographies. He joined DuPont in 1980 in Richmond, Va., as a research chemist in the Nomex® fiber business.

     In 1982, he moved to the DuPont Fibers Department Pioneering Research Laboratory in Wilmington, Del., where he was a member of an advanced materials research team investigating biopolymers, ceramics, and metal-matrix composites. His first management position came in 1988 when he moved to Seaford, Del., to assume responsibility for the nylon textile technical group in support of new product development and manufacturing operations. Returning to the Experimental Station in Wilmington in 1993, he was appointed R&D manager for the polymer engineering group in the Central Research & Development Department. Under his leadership, a revolutionary new process for polymerization of polyester was invented and developed. In 1995, he moved to the Lycra® group as the global new product manager and oversaw the renewal of 80 percent of that business’ worldwide product lines. Returning to Central Research & Development in 1998, he was appointed science director for Leveraged Information and Research Services and in 2001 assumed the leadership of Central Research’s Materials Science and Engineering division. His three-year tenure in Corporate Plans began in 2005, where he oversaw numerous M&A and strategy development projects ultimately serving as the group’s managing director before assuming his current position. He was named to his current position on Aug. 15, 2008.

     Mr. Romine was instrumental in founding the Conference Board Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs Council and serves on the Boards of The Product Stewardship Society and The Keystone Foundation. He also serves as a trustee for the Kalmar Nyckel educational non-profit organization. He is a frequently requested speaker on topics that include product stewardship and product sustainability.

     He received a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Missouri-Rolla in 1974 and a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Michigan in 1980.


Reuben Q. Zielinski (Senior Director of Sanofi)

Mr. Zielinski is currently a Senior Director at Sanofi, managing several outsourced product portfolios, performing due diligence on potential acquisitions and leading commercial launches of Rx products and has worked in various executive capacities at Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Bristol-Myers and Sanofi, and has extensive experience in consulting for the life sciences and biotechnology industries, specifically in sterile auto injectors and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Mr. Zielinski was the principal consultant on a recent QMS Re-engineering Project for Change Control and Deviation Management as a result of an FDA Consent Decree. He holds several patents in pharmaceutical, combination products, medical devices, and consumer electronics areas. He sits on several boards and is a member of the New Jersey Technology Council.

     Mr. Zielinski is co-founder and CTO of Revive Electronics, a Carmel, Indiana based start-up that has developed a unique product suite to address the problem of damaged electronics due to unintended water intrusion.

     Mr. Zielinski is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology Saunders School of Business EMBA program and also earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from RIT’s College of Engineering. In addition, Mr. Zielinski holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

     Mr. Zielinski is a LSS Black Belt, certified in regulatory affairs (RAC) is has his CPIM from APICs.
